KC’s Thai Night

The View Restaurant & Wine Lounge is proud to serve a weekly Thai Dinner Night to introduce traditional Thai dishes and its great taste.

Thai cuisine focuses on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and is well known for being spicy. The balance between the four fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, and bitter, as well as the detail and variety of food are very important for Thai cooking. 

Thai meals typically consist of either a single dish or it will be rice with many complementary dishes served at the same time and shared by all. It is common to serve more dishes than there are guests at a table. In the past Thai food was raditionally eaten with the right hand but now it is eaten with fork and spoon.

KC’s Thai Night takes place every Wednesday night from 06:30PM at The View Restaurant & Wine Lounge.
